Hoon Min Jung phonetics is a new and revolutionary phonetics by unified field theory. It is also the first one made by unified field theory. Many hypotheses of it were not verified perfectly yet but it is significant to some degree even now. It asserts that one can create every sound which a man can make by combining the ultimate particles of sounds like unified field theory in physics does that one can create everything including gold, diamond and oil by combining the ultimate particles of matters.

It applies to all human languages in the world because it uses the ultimate particles of sounds. This thesis provides phonetic symbols by Hoon Min Jung phonetics about all phonetic symbols by IPA phonetics of both English and Korean. And it does with about most of phonetic symbols by IPA phonetics of French, German and Spanish.

Phonetic symbols by the ultimate particles of sounds are very easy and pronouncing by the phonetics is very fun like playing with Lego. So it looked like all people came to learn very easily a foreign language’s native pronunciation since Hoon Min Jung phonetics had appeared.
